System features：

The system is completely customized according to the needs of users, and provides a complete solution for the high-pressure compressed air system. The compressor inhales air directly from the atmosphere. After four stages of compression, the pressure reaches 10mpag, and then enters the storage tank and adsorption dryer

·No screw machine: direct atmospheric pressure suction, no booster required;
100% of product gas is oil free: This equipment is used for pressure test of LNG cold box. Lubricating oil is easy to cause freezing and plugging of cold box, and there will be significant safety risks for oil content. No lubricating oil is allowed to enter the cold box;
High pressure: the pressure is up to 10mpag, and the pressure can be adjusted according to the test conditions;
Small floor area: the cylinder V-shaped layout greatly saves the floor area;
High speed: the compressor unit speed is up to 990rpm, which is different from the heavy low speed machine;
Low dew point: equipped with GPS adsorption dryer specially developed for high pressure application, the dew point of gas is lower than -40 ℃.

Operation effect

At present, the system has been put into normal production use. Through the use test, it can ensure that the product gas is 100% oil-free, the compressor unit runs smoothly on site, with low energy consumption, small vibration and low noise, meeting the requirements of customers. At the same time, with the use of high-pressure post-treatment equipment, it can ensure that the dew point of product gas is lower than - 40 ℃, and customers can obtain pure, dry and stable pressure high-pressure compressed air in their own factory.

The system replaces the original temporary nitrogen bottle group, greatly reduces the cost of customers, and is convenient, fast and safe to use, bringing huge benefits to customers.
